Best Practices for 3 Phase PDUs

Hello,

We have several APC switched rack PDU?S housed in our racks. They are 208/20 3 pole PDU?S. The power cords do not fit snug enough for comfort. Do you have any best practices for connecting the plugs to the PDU?S?
