Dear Support Team,
I recently encountered an issue with my APC APC SMART-UPS 3000VA LCD RM 2U 230V SMARTCONNECT × 1 that I purchased approximately a year and a half ago. Unfortunately, the battery now needs to be replaced, which I find quite unexpected given the relatively short time since purchase.
I attempted to register my device on your website, but I encountered two problems:
Due to these issues, I am unable to complete the registration process or request the necessary battery replacement. I have attached photos of the labels and information found on my device, hoping they will help you identify it.
Could you please assist me in resolving this situation? I would appreciate any guidance on how to proceed with obtaining a replacement battery.

Thank you very much for your reply. Following the link you provided, I received confirmation that my gear is still covered under warranty. However, the link directs me to US support. I have already contacted them, and they forwarded me to the French support team. Unfortunately, the French support does not respond.

If you sent an email please do try using chat / phone instead. Please have ready the serial number, purchase receipt, and brief description of the problem.
If there is a active fault / error code have that ready too for submission. Please do let me know the final outcome good or bad. 👍
