Apc developer/factory login?

My 7911 has the MAC address blank

 the model blank. 
and everything else of interest (serial. Etc) 

i have all this on a label on the top and i want to manually enter it to fix the problem. 

however,  i can’t seem to find a method to enter these details. 
I’m currently logged in via com and apc/apc 

already tried factory reset. 

Already tried new flash to newer firmware. 

At some point i found a forum post about a developer login that can do this that was patched. However i can’t find it now. I think the password contained “man” but can’t recall all the letters. 

I’m unclear if my 7911 has been patched.

 
can someone share the password so i can go in and populate the various fields. or try to any way.
