When did this start, what was happening when the fault was declared, what changes have been made at the site etc?!?

Hi dear! It started on August 22nd of this year and disappears when you press any button. Nothing else changes. This alarm will come back after a while.

The system records all conditions in the NMC which are the data, event, and UPS fault logs.
These same log(s) can be viewed and downloaded from within the NMC (Network Management Card).
Please export the logs from the NMC and provide them here. I have appended the user manual for what I believe is your specific model UPS.
