Hello,
We have installed some TDCV Units (around 3) for one of our client, the units were ordered without Heaters as at that time customer didn't want internal heaters, however now the customer has requested us to add heaters in to these units. Can someone please let me know if there is a way of adding standard heaters in to the unit now (Units are in production) and if we can order it separately from UNIFLAIR.
Regards,
Waleed

Hello Waleed. We do not have any procedure to add in heaters to the units. This would violate the UL rating on the unit as the breakers and wiring will need to be changed out to accommodate the higher amperage and the components that would need to be added to enable heating. I recommend calling in to your local sales support to see if they can find anything to help you out.
Thank you
