AR3150 CONTACT LOCK SYSTEM

Hi,

 System works with the APC door open dual contact system. 1. contact on, 2. contact off.

With 3th party fingerprint sensor is also able to open a single contact, but do not shut down. Because this fingerprint sensor contain just one contact connection. In this sytle, I can open the door but door is no locked . How can I connect the second contact input for closing?

Hi,

Trying to understand what it is exactly you're trying to do. Are you trying somehow to integrate your 3rd party fingerprint sensor with a NetBotz rack access system, rack access pod, or the handles directly? If you are trying to integrate directly with the handles, this is not supported. If you're trying to integrate with the rack access device or rack access pod, please provide a little more info on the configuration and exactly how you're trying to integrate these systems.
