Hello. I have an APS SRT6KRMXLI (AS1737371183). When updating the firmware via NMC, perhaps I forgot to turn off the load, but the firmware loaded into APC, the display showed the program update and then it said to press and hold the power button to turn off. But this does not work. Now when restarting, it also asks to press and hold the power button, but doing this does not help. Help restore the device to working order.

Now NMC works the same way, but the functionality of monitoring and managing the UPS itself is faulty. Attempts to restart the firmware update process are unsuccessful, the firmware is loaded into the UPS and that's it. There is also a connection with the UPS via ssh\ftp\telnet, but there is no sense in it.
