APC mart-UPS srt5kxlt No Display on LCD

Just rackmounted APC SRT srt5kxlt. Plugged the battery connectors up. Plugged power cable to a L6-30 overhead receptacle.  

I hear a click. see the nic light flashing and fans startup in the front. However the LCD display does not come on to power up the unit. The oval hole next to the LDC display has a red light. but still no display on the LCD to tell me any errors. I then unplug from the receptacle disconnect the batteries and reinstall. Same issue.

Let's try to perform the brain dead and cold start procedure on the UPS and note what would happen to the UPS while doing it.  Should we fail to recover the UPS, I highly suggest that you reach out to our team that handles your company for further assistance and/or an RMA if within warranty and needed.
