APC USB Wi-Fi Device (AP9834)

I can see we have had this SKU: AP9834, however, it is showing Discontinued on: Mar 31, 2025, unsure if still available.

Question is:
1. Is there an equivalent replacement available ?
2. Is there any sort of information where we could use a different WiFi dongle which could be compatible with the NMC3 cards include non SE/APC products ?

There are no plans to replace this specific hardware with a replacement SKU as per this APC Release:

As to the second question you’ll need to contact APC Technical Support to verify. As an aside several crafty people have cloned / hacked various USB WiFi dongles in the past to allow extra features or resolve various bugs.

I would suggest you do a broad search to see what the internet has in ways of relevant up to date information. You’ll probably find the journey to achieve the same requires a lot of sweat equity and finances to reach.
