APC UPS SRT3000XLI Front Display stuck on "Waiting for upgrade, do not power off"

Yesterday I tried to upgrade my APC UPS SRT3000XLI using the Firmware Upgrade Wizard via USB with the Firmware SRT1001UPS_02-9.enc. When I was upgrading, the progress got stuck at 48% and the USB Connection suddenly disconnected and reconnected at random intervals for no apparent reason (It was all good before) .

After I waited for about an hour, the Firmware Upgrade Wizard says Trying to restore update at 0/1. The wizard then disconnects from the UPS, and the wizard can't access the ups through either USB or Serial. I have tried connecting to the UPS on Powerchute and it also says device not detected through USB. I have also tried connecting the NMC to my network so I can access the UPS IP, but the ethernet indicator on the UPS NMC is off and I can't access the IP.

After all that, I felt like I had no choice but to try restarting the UPS by brain-dead (Probably a bad decision). After the restart, my UPS Front LCD Screen/Display is now stuck on "Waiting for upgrade, do not power off"

Are there other solutions or have I bricked my UPS (It's actually my client's UPS, I'm cooked)?
