APC Smart-UPS 3000 RM2U Error at least one faulty battery exist

Good Day all.

So I have a UPS that I replaced the batteries today 09/28/2020 and the batteries were only a year old.  This cleared the error message. after about 2 hrs later the ups is now emailing me saying that at least one faulty battery exist.

We have had another 3000 that was doing the same thing even though we replaced the batteries multiple times so we took it out of service by removing the UPS and putting in a different one at that school. have not had any issues at that school since.

With this one today we do not want to have to switch out the ups so if there is something I can check I would be glad for any insight or direction.
