Help me with this UPS
The ups is not connected to the powerchute. is not connected to any computer
Case 1:
When I connect the main power the UPS works ok.
When I switch it to battery mode, the UPS has normal voltage output. After 1 minute with 30 seconds (approximately) the UPS cuts the output voltage and the lights flash sequentially, reconnect the main power supply and switch to line mode in a normal way.
Case 2:
I connect the main power the ups works ok.
I remove the main power and the UPS is put in battery mode (So far so good) after 5 seconds reconect the main power, the ups goes to online mode, after 1minute 25 seconds the ups short output voltage and flashes the lights sequentially, and return to line mode.
Conclusion:
The UPS when entering battery mode after 1 minute 30 seconds regardless of whether it reconnects or not reconnects the main power (Ac input) cuts its output voltage.

Do you think it is an error of the EEPROM or the Microcontroller? I have noticed that the pulse that deactivates the output comes from the microcontroller.

Hi Luis -
When you say Sequentially, so you mean that they are scrolling top to bottom? This would indicate that the UPS has exhausted its battery power and has gone to sleep mode. What % of load is connected to the UPS? How old are the batteries?

The batteries are in good condition. They're new. Better I leave you the video so you can observe better.
It has no connected load.
This is a video that I recorded of the UPS.
If you like, You can see the whole process. The fault stars at 1:35 of the video.

There is definitely a problem with the UPS. Those indicators would normally mean that the unit had gone to sleep after depleting the batteries. In your case it looks like the unit goes to that state for just a single cycle, drops the load, and comes back online. This is definitely not normal behavior. I would reccommend replacing the UPS.
