when i slowly cut off the main power from my apc 1500 ups its all 6 light on, beep and go to zero battery show. The batteries are ok when i turned off the ups and on again its shows the correct battery status.
If the main power suddenly cut off then its working normally but when i slowly cut off the power then it show the problem... please help!!

The AVR relay is faulty (usually welded). The unit will need to be replaced.

means I can cutoff the power through switch for checking. so when i smoothly shutoff the switch then the problem occurred and when I suddenly or quickly shutoff the switch its working normally.
