APC SMC 1000c not connecting to Schneider cloud
Hello,
I have an APC SMC1000C. At some point it lost connection to Schneider's Cloud Service. It did work at one point, but some changes to our network may have caused an issue. We're in the middle of migrating to a new subnet. It's currently set to pull a DHCP address from our FortiGate, which I can see that it is pulling this address and it is pingable. Can someone give me some clues on hoiw to verify proper configuration? I tried to figure it out on the LCD screen but didn't get anywhere. Perhaps if I could set it to a static IP on the old subnet, that might help determine what the issue is. Thanks.
