Good evening,
The Inrow ACRD600P has the function to connect external leak rope to the system. We have connected the leak rope sensor AP9326. But we can’t find in the settings where we can enable this function. We have checked the tuner, and the screen settings and nothing is there, where we can turn on the leak detection function.
What can be the problem? What is the proper way to connect the leak detector cabel?

Hello.
The Idle on leak detect is the option in tuner for this. There is nothing else that needs to be set up in the configuration for the leak sensor. As it is not alarming this would mean the board is not seeing the sensor. We either have a loose connection or a bad leak sensor. Try taking off the leak sensor and jump out the two wires on the molex plug that the sensor plugs into. Leave the jumper on for a minute. If the alarm shows up then it is a bad leak sensor. If it does not then please call into your local tech support and they can help you look for a loose connection or the unit may need a new motherboard set.
Thank you

Hello.
The only option you need to set up for the leak rope is if you want the unit to go to idle on leak detect or if you just want an alarm. This is found under Configuration -> Unit -> Cooling. Select Idle on leak detect. If this is set to Yes the unit will go to idle if the detector see a water leak and generate an alarm. If it is set to no then it will just generate an alarm. This is the only thing you need to set up on the leak detector.
Thank you
