APC Easy UPS On-Line, 20kVA/20kW

I'm searching for 20kVA Rackmount UPS-Battery (3:3 380V) and find out SRV20KRILRK may meet my requirement. In the User Manual Document, this UPS have programmable 3 phase (380V) output while the nominal output voltage is 230V Single phase. I have some quenstion:

1. Can This UPS run full-load (20kVA) with 3 phase output?

2. User Manual Document recommend SRV120RLBP2-9A (120V) Battery module for this UPS. I think a 380V output will need 2 module 192V Batteries in series. Will SRV120RLBP2-9A support for 3 phase 380V? Which output voltage does the runtime test using? 1 phase or 3 phase?
