The UPS got some issue, a customer got it here for repair, the UPS power switch and battery indication light is amber or orange light stable not powering off or no any response when pressing the buttons, its stays for long and long a day and half, so i unscrewed the UPS and disconnected the battery, and again i tried to power on the UPS again the same issue, i replaced a new battery even though same issue, what is the problem, what is going on.? someone reply please.
