Hi all,
Setup is 2 x 8865 pdu's in a rack, Side A and Side B in each rack. Should side A fail all loads will switch to Side B in effect doubling the load of pdu and vise versa.
Current alarm values for each pdu are:
Phase1: 24a, phase2: 24a and phase3: 24a
Bank1: 20a, bank2: 20a and bank3: 20a
The question is, due to the fact of a possible failure on Side A or B and in effect doubling the load on one pdu, what should the values of the phases and banks be set to?
Thank you in advance!

Sorry but I am on my phone and can not see the wiring diagram well.
But typically speaking each bank is fed from 2 phases. Also rule of thumb on breakers is 80% of rating. So the 8865 has a 30 Amp plug so the phase setting should be no higher than 24 amps per phase. The banks should come in slightly lower so your settings are correct.
You should also be balancing the load across phases

Thank you for the confirmation on the values but what I wanted to actually know is what should the values be if the pdu in question were to take on the load of another identical PDU in case that pdu fails and the load is transferred over.
