AP9225 Outlets stuck in off mode

I own several AP9225 MasterSwitch Plus units. They have been very reliable and I have never had any problems. However, I know have one unit in which the outlets are stuck in the off state and i cannot turn them back on. I have tried plugging them into another power source as well as pushing the manual button as well as the circuit breaker button with no luck. I have tried rebooting the unit as well and there are no errors in the error log file. I just can no longer turn them on.

I am assuming the PDU has finally failed and I am going to have to replace it. The green status light is solid on the front panel. It has a AP9617 card in it.

Any suggestions?

thanks

can you show us the event log from the network mangement card? i am wondering if the NMC lost communication to the PDU for some reason and cannot control the outlets anymore. any events from that would be helpful as well as the current firmware revision. i think that is listed under Help ->About

The event log has nothing in it but when the system boots and then tries to turn on the outlets and there are no errors. See below:
