AP9211 is loosing IP connectivity (software, hardware issue?)

Hi ,

We have 4 PDU's (2 x AP9700, 2 x AP9211 models) and one of them (AP9211) is loosing IP connectivity.
Our monitoring software detects that it's not reachable time to time.. We are getting around 100 alerts everyday that IP address assigned to AP9211 it's not reachable and it's true:

ping 209.167.234.84
PING 209.167.234.84 (209.167.234.84) 56(84) bytes of data.
From 209.167.234.121 icmp_seq=1 Destination Host Unreachable
From 209.167.234.121 icmp_seq=2 Destination Host Unreachable
From 209.167.234.121 icmp_seq=3 Destination Host Unreachable
64 bytes from 209.167.234.84: icmp_seq=4 ttl=60 time=1005 ms
64 bytes from 209.167.234.84: icmp_seq=5 ttl=60 time=8.28 ms
64 bytes from 209.167.234.84: icmp_seq=8 ttl=60 time=2.36 ms

--- 209.167.234.84 ping statistics ---
9 packets transmitted, 3 received, +3 errors, 66% packet loss, time 8001ms
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 2.362/338.718/1005.508/471.497 ms, pipe 3

We have all PDUs connected to same ethernet switch behind the firewall and only 1 (AP9211) is not answering for a ping time-to-time.
what was done:
1. changed ethernet cable
2. connected to another ethernet port
3. connected to another ethernet switch
4. It doesnt matter if the eth port hardcoded with 10MB/sec, half duplex or it has auto negotiation.
5. I upgraded AP9211's Web/SNMP Management Card AOS from v3.0.3 to v3.0.9a and MS from v2.2.0 to v2.2.5a

The problem is still exist.
Can you provide newer software for AP9211 please?
What would you recommend at this case?

thank you,
Nikita

I just got an AP9211 W/AP9606 on ebay. I'd like to update to the latest AOS/MS, but am having trouble finding the right files. the support page for the AP9211 doesn't have links to any files, and the AP6906 page seems only to have links to firmwares for other cards. could someone point me in the right direction?

thanks

Hey Nikita, I have the exact same devices, but I'm having a hard time finding the versions you've uploaded to them, would you be able to post them somewhere for me? I would really appreciate it as we're troubleshooting an issue with the SNMP Card becoming unresponsive from time to time.

thanks in advance!
Adrian
