Hi,
We have below query from a user, kindly suggest some solution
"We have recently replaced the batteries in our Smart-UPS 300 and today when a scheduled self test took place the UPS came up with a Fault - UPS: The load exceeds 100% of rated capacity.and then UPS: The power for the main outlet group, UPS Outlets, is now turned off.and UPS: The power for switched outlet group 1, Outlet Group 1, is now turned off.
We have not added any new deviced to be supported on this UPS and this has never happened before, could you tell me what is causing these messages now and what we can to to remediate the situation please?
I have downloaded a debug package for your information along with the Event and Data log text files
Once the UPS was powered back on the outlet groups started up again OK and I have stopped any self tests happening for the moment."
