Power cycling is the most common troubleshooting step for our PDU's and solves most problems however, I want to get a clear idea of how the unit is functioning. Are there any lights from the network port LED's. Have you tried logging in locally to the PDU? Maybe take a picture and report back so I can get a clear picture of what the status of the PDU is.
