Hello,
I have an AP7951 unit, it appears to work, but it only shows and controls 8 of its outlets (management shows outlets 1 - 8, but it controls physical outlets 8-16). I guess the firmware "thinks" it is a different model (one with 8 outlets). Is there a way to make it "notice" the other outlets?

OK, I managed to solve it - writing this for others who may have a similar problem.
I downgraded the firmware to a version that has the "factory menu", used the menu to enter the proper values for model etc, then upgraded the firmware to latest version. Seems to work, the PDU sees all 24 outlets, but is unable to turn two of them on, but I can live with that.

I think I have figured out what's wrong with it - the EEPROM seems to have been corrupted. Is there a way to input the correct settings?
I know there is/was a way to do that for an AP9606 management card, is there a way to do this for the AP7951?

What do you mean by firmware that has "factory menu"?
How did you obtain this firmware?
I'm asking because I have a similar problem with AP7932.
