AP7932 PDU only partially working.

This AP7932 PDU with 24 outlets, lost it's configuration and only 8 outlets are working. The Model Number, Serial, Hardware Revision, and Manufacture Date displays as shown below (it's missing).

The web GUI works fine, telnet works fine, ftp does too, and the device is configurable, but only 8 outlets show up in the GUI or telnet, numbers 9 - 16. Outlets 1-8 and 17-24 are dead. Both power supplies show as working.

I upgraded the firmware without any trouble (besides the trouble of finding it!) but the problem persists.

Can anything be done to fix this? Would this be a hardware problem with the outlet relays or some such thing?
