AP7921 firmware update failed and unit now not working

Hi I tried to update the firmware to the current version on the device (details listed below) - but firmware update failed and now I have no web access to the device and no lights on any of the power outlets etc

I can connect via serial cable and via telnet and ftp

If I ftp to the device and ls the only file I see is:
apc_hw02_aos_116.bin

C:\Users\JamesP>ftp 192.168.1.22
Connected to 192.168.1.22.

ftp> put C:\Temp\APC\apc_hw02_aos_202.bin

ftp: 1048576 bytes sent in 15.35Seconds 68.31Kbytes/sec.
ftp> ls

ftp> open 192.168.1.22
Syntax error, command unrecognized.
User (192.168.1.22:(none)): apc
Password:
ftp> ls
apc_hw02_aos_116.bin
ftp>

If I try and ftp another file to it (in binary mode) it appears to go but never arrives at the other end.

I can't delete or rename or copy off the existing *116.bin file
Its as if the ftp has only read rights

I've tried resetting etc via the serial connection but all to no avail.

Help !

Thanks

My issue (and version numbers) seem identical to this post - but unfortunately it appears this was resolved over the phone so I'm none the wiser !

And now I have lost connectivity to the unit completely.  Can't access via IP and the serial port has stopped communicating so I suspect the unit is now bricked

Very disappointed that what should be a simple and foolproof upgrade process is so tortuous and the fact that there is no factory reset option for if it goes wrong.

Ok after lots of messing have managed using XModem to copy on:

apc_hw02_aos_202.bin

and then:
apc_hw02_aos_390.bin
and
apc_hw02_rpdu_374.bin

System details now looking as below

If I connect via serial - all seems OK - Amps light reads 0 (with nothing attached), I can switch on and off outlets etc
Status light shows green

However whenever I set an IP (static or DHCP) and restart - I get the amp light showing 88 and the warning light on and I don't appear to be able to connect using telnet or http

I can ping the IP address I have set - so its there - but if I connect via serial I have lost all items under device config.

To get it to work again on serial - I have to select reset to defaults
So I'm now pretty sure that the unit isn't bricked - but something still not quite right with the firmware upgrade with regards to setting IP

Any ideas ?

Thanks
