Dear,
Yesterday I installed an AP7920 PDU in our datacenter, but the load management on the device is not working. Both the display on the PDU as the webinterface displays a load of 0A when multiple servers are connected to the device.
I tried changing the 'Line-to-Line Voltage FROM 208V to 230V and also restarted the management interface but with no luck.
How can I get this works? Do I need to configure something on the webinterface itself ?
With regards

How much load are you expecting to see? You are not missing any options assuming you're looking on the home page or the data log.
Typically this issue boils down to items below 1A so it displays 0A.
In the knowledge base, we have the accuracy of the current monitor on this device outlined -> FAQ -> search for article ID FA156074.
This device can only monitor current per bank. Are the devices connected to different banks and perhaps below 1A? My thought is to connect something else or some additional items to see if it changes.
