AP7868 PDU's - Incorrect Ammeter L.E.D. reading on one phase

HI, I have several of these AP7868 12.5 kW PDU's now, and I just noticed that pretty much every one of them is reporting zero input current on one phase. Eg I have a rack with a HP C7000 chassis which , according to the branch current monitor on the Symmetra UPS is drawing 7.5 / 4.0 / 4.0 on banks B1 / B2 / B2 respectively, yet I am seeing " 0 / 4 / 4 " amps on the LED's. I even measured the load inside the UPS PDU cabinet breaker panel with a clamp-on ammeter to double-check. I tried upgrading the firmware to the latest (rpdu 3.7.0) but that made no difference. Is this a known bug with this model ?

Thanks,
Dave

i believe you are working with our three phase tech support on this already..

if you are, please correspond with him (if that is you) has we are looking for some additional information to try and find out where the issue is here..
we need a data log from the rack PDU if you can send it to APC three phase support or post it here.

thanks!
