Hello,
I used to follow this KB before upgrading :
https://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA156178/
But I'm not able to find a similar information on AP44xx or AP44xxA. Does this problem solved ? Or Must I disconnect channel B and all output devices ?
Thanks,
Vincent

There is no formal requirement to remove the secondary power supply as was seen on the AP77XX series.
Having said that, you should disconnect the secondary input power supply just in case. ☝️
There are no requirement to remove the loads from the ATS Outputs.
