ACRP firmware update issue
Called in a maintenance repair for my InRow air conditioner having a compressor fault and communication errors after a power blip this past weekend (06/11/2016). Guy came in and was replacing parts or something. After a while, he told me that he needed to upgrade the firmware on my units. He started upgrading the first one and 3 hours later the LCD panel still said Download in Process.
The web page says to telnet into the unit for more details. I used telnet to get to the unit and the Device Manager list is empty. FTP shows a bin file for aos and a /sec folder with sshv1k.p15. I don't see a acrp bin file.
He's still on the phone with support. Anything I can do to help him?

Hello. The ACRP bin file will need to load the unit to come up and start running. I have included a link to our FAQ off our website for the three ways of uploading firmware to the units. These units have a Network Management Card (NMC) 1 in them. The only differences is they run on a baud rate of 9600 and if you are serially connecting to them, they use a null modem cable for the cooling units. If he is still having problems please call into our support team.
