Hello,
First an SR is required to update the unit J5 controller firmware to the latest version and then verify if The evaporator coil outlet temperature sensor is located in a horizontal section of the suction pipe on ACRD30x cooling units. When the compressor is first started, or on units with low load, some liquid refrigerant may be present in this section of pipe, which affects the superheat measurement. Additionally, certain default settings within the display can result in low suction pressure alarms during compressor start-up or during low heat load conditions.
so the SR is required to Relocate the evaporator coil outlet temperature sensor to the vertical section of the suction pipe and adjust various settings in the display
and ensure that there is a sufficient heat loads applied to the unit and verify the gauge readings
Regards,
Karim
