ACRD 100 Condenser Failures

We installed four ACRD 100 In-Row units in our data center less than four years ago and our 2nd condenser failed this week. Are other customers having this same problem?

Hello Mark.

How did the condensers fail? I would be best to call into your local tech support and they can help identify what happened and see if there is any correlation between the two events (power failure, environmental cause, ect).
