Hi. Customer have a problem with ACRC502 condensate. Unit is dropping water under it. Place where water drops is from filter side left lower corner. They have already fix the insulation of pipes. If condensate pump is ok, then the problem might be in a condensate driain pan/line from the pan to the pump. If the problem is in the inner condensate line is it only way to check it to take hole unit out of the row? Then the side cover can take out.
Or can it be other problem why unit is dropping condensate water?
Attached picture of condensate drain line.

The unit has several collection points for condensate. I had an issue where one of the upper collection points was blocked (see picture), and was overflowing. Once this was corrected the condensate flowed to the bottom collection pan, and was removed in the normal way. You may also ask if the cooling temperature is just to low, causing excessive condensate. If the humidity is is high, is the doors closed to prevent humidity ingress in to the controlled environment.

Hi. Thank you for a answer. How did you fix that blocking? Because it is quite difficult position to reach, without taking the whole unit out of the row.
