Good day. There are 2 installations acrc103 (acrc100 series) InRow. When power is applied, a cursor appears on the screen and so it is lit permanently, without looking at the menu. I'ts not unresponsive. The system is also unavailable over the network (does not detect the connection). How to restore it?

Hello Nikolay. If there is only a blinking cursor on the front screen, this means that the firmware on the Network Management Card (NMC) is not loaded properly. The Firmware will need to be upgraded on the unit. The firmware can be gotten off the website under cooling firmware or off the ACRC103 Product page. I have included a link below for the upgrading procedures on the NMC. If this link does not work go to APC.com and under Support go to FAQ's and search for "How do I Upgrade the firmware on an APC Network Management Card (NMC) or NMC embedded device (Rack PDU, ect). This document has the steps to upgrade the firmware. The ACRC103 has an NMC 1 in it. There are two small changes from the document for these units. First they use a NULL Modem cable for the serial connection if you need to connect serially. Second, if connecting serially the baud rate is 9600 for these units (not the 2400 in the document).
Thank you
