9640 application error after upgrade to 2.2.1.1

Hi,

I just upgraded a 9640 to version 2.2.1.1 using the utility, and it all went well. I then disabled http and rebooted it and now I can't log in via the web. I get this error: The application you are trying to load is incompatible with the current APC OS. Please verify the correct firmware is loaded.

I've reset the card to factory (keeping IP) but the application is still stuck:

Any ideas to get this functional again?

Edit: the event log just has jibberish in it.

Thanks, Will

Hello,

The AOS and APP version looks ok.  It could be a minor glitch during the upgrade.

Could you try to upgrade the firmware to v2.3.1.1?  I have attached here a copy.

Let us know how it goes.

Hi,

Thanks for the file. I uploaded that and it's still the same. Did a resetToDef and it still shows the application is in error:
Stat : P+ N4+ N6+ A!

I've got 13 I wanted to upgrade, so I'm not sure I want to risk breaking them all.
