关于极端条件下ups工作机制的几个疑问，希望能解答下

用途:一台服务器(支持电力中断唤醒、网络唤醒等，家用)
功率:120瓦特,最大工作功率200瓦特
目的:想找一款能实现自动关机开机的ups。浏览了贵公司网站，对一些细节性的技术流程有些疑问，特咨询下：有个极端的情况：市电中断，ups执行关闭服务器的操作后，可以检测服务器是否完全关闭？还是在多少分钟的时间内再关闭ups自己？如果在ups关闭服务器后，尚未关闭自己的时候，市电恢复，ups是否继续执行关闭操作重新启动（从而带动服务器开启）？而此时（ups带动服务器开启的过程中）如果市电中断，ups是否可以做到继续推动服务器开启然后关闭服务器再关闭自己？
另外：输入前端有漏电保护器（西门子5SU9）是否与ups有冲突？
关注了下这几款ups计划购买：SC620ICH,SC420ICH,SUA750ICH。不知道哪个更适合？
