How to troubleshoot and solve issues configuring the EcoStruxure IT Gateway
Search in
Improve your search experience:
Exact phrase→Use quotes " "(e.g., "error 404")
Wildcard→Use * for partial words(e.g., build*, *tion)
AND / OR→Combine keywords(e.g., login AND error, login OR sign‑in)
Keep it short→Use 2–3 relevant words, not full sentences
Filters→Narrow results by section(Knowledge Base, Users, Products)

NetBotz devices in the 300, 400, and 500 series are not supported using SNMP in the EcoStruxure IT Gateway. You must use the NetBotz protocol to discover these devices in the Gateway.
When you discover NetBotz 300, 400, and 500 devices using SNMP, they are listed as unsupported devices in the Gateway.
When you run a discovery that includes both SNMP and NetBotz protocols, these devices are added as a new device (using the NetBotz protocol), and appear as unsupported (using SNMP) at the same time.
Note: To discover NetBotz 250 and 750 devices, use SNMP, not the NetBotz protocol.
