homeLYnk losing KNX TP connection

Hello,

We recently received complaints about homeLYnks losing their KNX TP connection. In the alerts list you can see this message.

Powering ON/OFF solves the problem for a while. But every x hours and x is not constant it loses KNX TP again.

Does anybody have the same issue? I'll check the FW version but I believe it's 1.2.1.

This is known issue solved in version 1.3.0.

Can you ask for upgrade?

Sorry I haven't responded earlier. It seems that on some homeLYnks the problem is solved by updating the firmware to 1.3.0 however we have one we're it didn't help.

It is also connected to HW issue. All homeLYnks after 9th week of 2015, should not have this problem.

The older homeLYnks shows this issue sometimes, but is must be in connection with Schneider Electric KNX power supplies.
