Hello,
My name is Cristian and I am writing to you regarding the Cloud used in the WISER KNX application. I am unable to connect to it, although I have updated the controller software to 3.0.0
I would like to mention that even in the old WISER FOR KNX application I was unable to connect to the cloud, I only operated the KNX installation(s) locally via smartphone.
With the new WISER KNX application I have reached the point where the location for the weather is transmitted, the transmission is blocked, I suspect because I am not authenticated in the cloud.
Please if you can help me with this problem.Following your answer I can send you other information such as the controller's Mac, respectively images with the points I have reached.
