Wiser KNX mobile application slow response

Hello Dears,

This is the first time I am using the wiser knx application while it recently lunched in our region.

I have the old homeLYnk controller V1.1 2014 

the response of the Touch vis. is fast compared to the mobile application

the same operation (eg. light control) takes few seconds in the mobile application which is not accepted by the users.

is this delay / slow response common or is it related to the HW, note that the CPU/IO is low ~0.2!

HW1.X is not officially supported ( it does not have enough resources CPU / MEM).

what takes long time ? the set command or the feedback? I mean, when you turn on the light in the app then it takes a few seconds until the bulb is on or it takes a few seconds until it is updated in the app.

can you share the backup of your project? I will see if we can do some "optimization" on your side to speed it up.

Do you have all packages up to date? are you using the latest FW 3.0.0?

the feedback update before the command take action in reality!

I am using FW 3.0.0 

Mobile application 1.4.7

I will test on the new HW, if I face the same issue I will contact you.

on HW3 the response time is acceptable.
