Wiser KNX app. Push notifications

Hello. I use Wiser For KNX "LSS100100" and Wiser KNX app on iPhone. I have one unusual issue with push notifications.The problem is that sometimes i receive push notifications, but sometims i don't. How can this problem be solved and what could it be related to?

Can you provide a bit more details to get a better idea on what is your current configuration?
Some more information in detail when you get a notification and when not?

Thank you for the answer. This issue was solved after the latest update of the application. But there is also something. Is it possible to show "red sticker" on an icon of the application with a count of unread notifications as shown on the image below?
