Hello. I use Wiser For KNX "LSS100100" and Wiser KNX app on iPhone. I have one unusual issue with logging to accout. The problem is that sometimes I have to re-enter my credentials to use the app even though I haven't logged out of my account and this is a bit of a hassle. How can this problem be solved and what could it be related to?

Yes, this is a known issue and we're releasing a new version in a few days that solves it. We have been validating the fix for the past 2 weeks in our field test environment and received very positive feedback. So the next version should be available next week and it also improves the App screens' loading.
