Wiser 4 KNX - cloud connector update

Due to cyber security reasons, we have to update the cloud connector in the controllers (Wiser4KNX and spaceLYnk).  Please update all your installations to the newest cloud connector otherwise it will stop working on 8.4.2024 and customers will not be able to use their mobile application. 

We have already informed customers about this change several times over emails and push notifications. 

If you have trouble with updating the cloud connector please check if you have a controller FW 2.8.3 or higher otherwise update will not work. For detailed instructions please follow the enclosed procedure. If you have any questions please put it into this forum.

We have turned off old DNS servers for the cloud connector today. Customers with older (< 2.8.3) controller FW version and cloud connector ( < 1.11.6) version will continuously lose their connection to the cloud and Wiser KNX mobile application. Please upgrade your system to the latest controller FW version and cloud connector as well.
