Hi

I have some questions about the "new" app!

1. How do I syns the changes I make in Touch with the app?
2. Am I not able to add "functions" to floors? Why do I have to make a floor and then a room to add functions?
3. User access? Not possible? Why not? And what is the difference between the 2 Roles? System integrator and Family.

Thanks for your questions. Please see the answers below:

1. Normally changes done in Touch will be updated in the App around 1/2 minutes after, but you can always speed that process by closing completely the App and opening it again to force the information to be refreshed.

2. No, the creation of floors and then rooms is mandatory to be able to add functions.

3. For now it's possible to add other accounts to your own Home (family sharing). On the other hand, we're currently working on the evolution that will allow the controller main account to decide which rooms or Widgets can each other account member access (this will come most likely in the release by the end of Q2 this year.)

About the family role and family for now there's no difference. Later when the user/access is available then there could be differences between each profile.

On the other hand, I let you know by the end of this month we're releasing a new version of the app with a few new features, especially with great enhancements in stability.

We use it at a stadium, and the problem is that there is many different floors. with similar rooms on each floor, but there is no way to see what floor a room is on in the app! And if I have 2 rooms named: "Room 1" and " Room 2" then they both show up as "Room" because the name is too long or what??

And in the old app I could give different permission to different users to access different things!

This is really a problem for us!

But if I have 3 floors with similar rooms on each floor, how do I know what I'm controlling on the app? And if they are named: "Room 1" and "Room 2" then I can only see "Room" on that app!!

And about the user access, on the old app I could specify what user had access to which "functions"!

This is not working for any of our customers!

It seems like the new app is meant for small houses/families, but that is not why we bought these products, we use it at stadiums, factories, offices etc.
