Hi.
I have som problems with visualisation Touch from wiser for knx in U.motion.
When try to open the Touch it only shows a blank background without anything.
Wiser for knx is in 2.6.0.
And I dont find any update for U.Motion 10" client.

What FW is the U.Motion running?
I know there is an update to 1.4.3 and 2 extra updates 1.4.4 that are updating the Chromium v57 to make it compatible with Touch3
I have runned this updates once on a panel but takes 4x 1.3.7 -> 3x 1.4.0 -> 1x 1.4.1 -> 1.x 1.4.2 -> 1.x 1.4.3 -> 2x 1.4.4 as separate updates and takes 10-15 minutes per step so you need to have some spare time..

The reply provided by @Erwin-vd-Zwart is correct. The current official version of the 10" TP is 1.3.4 and it doesn't support the latest requirements of the new Touch visualization and in order to run it the browser must be updated. To do so please reach out to customer care and they will be able to provide you the required FW and step by step guide.

Why don't you publish it here or on the product page of the se.com product in documents....
We also had this problem with the 7` which we need to use Divus browser to be compatible, but no pdf to explain it, only test after test for finding a solution.

For the 7" we have a Kiosk app from Divus that can be used in those panels, you can find the APK file here
For the 10" the situation is more complex, depending on different topics the alternatives and process to follow will be different, which is why we require to do it through CC as they know what option to propose for each case.

Ok, however, you have to understand that when you are on customer installation, and your face to problem like this that you can't anticipate (for example because it was working before upgrading spacelynk btw), the support don't always answer quick on phone or other...
It's why it should be mentioned on the se webpage with a pdf and the apk for example:
