Touch 3 widgets, no plus sign to create

I have a homeLYnk HW v1.3

I have updated the FW to V3 (old)

When I try to create a widget in touch config there is no means to add one, the manual says press the plus symbol to create one but the plus symbol is missing only the gear and X symbol are presant.

I deleted the touch 3 app and reinstalled it though the problem remains.

Equally when I switch to the Touch tab there is no tab to add widget.

So it seems that currently I can neither create nor add a widget????

Hello Si67!
Means you miss the button marked in green?
Maybe it is a cache issue within the browser. Please try to use the incognito mode of your browser and double check if the problem still exist.
