I assume the FB objects are only reporting to the controller? If that is the case did you enable “acknowledge all group telegrams” in the KNX settings of the controller?
If not then all telegrams are repeated 3 times by the GW as there is no other recipient device sending the ACK and that probably results in a huge busload that leads to missed telegrams..

I've tried both with "acknowledge all group telegrams" enabled and disabled. But this problem still occurs.
P.S. I noticed that the feedback isn't the same between the phone app and the Wiser PC app. However, both are still misaligned with the physical setup.

That seems impossible to me, both visu and app are using the same objects so there cannot be a difference between them..
Did you restart the controller after changing the ack setting?
Did you checked the busload on the controller, cpu load and KNX statistics for the repeats etc?
I think you need to contact your local support for further assistance as i think they need to check your setup in the ETS and the controller..
