Hi M. Shahen, hello @Thomas_Rohde
it seems that the feedback object the Multitouch buttons are NOT internally connected with the switch object.
Indeed, when You add the feedback group address to the switch object, the issue doesn't shown anymore.
Check the attached demo project.

Hi!

It might sound silly, but did you connect the feedback switch object from the actuator to the Multi-Touch button?

Hey!

yes, I connected the feedback the state of the button indicates that the light is switched off but if I try to turn on the button again I have to press it two times. it's kinda like the feedback is fine in the actuator and the button but the group address that has the button is not updating

Kind regards

@M.Shahen @Cristiano_Carli_Ballola

Dear both,

yes, it is a mistake within this type of screen. The topic is reported towards our R&D-Team.
In order to help out and to cover the time until we can solve the topic correctly...
I have seen on the MultiTouch that you have used just a minor amount of screens.
Maybe, instead of having all 4 lights on one screen, you can change the configuration in the way that each light get his own screen. The single screen will work as expected and your customer has the advantage to have a clear text to identify each light clearly instead of learning "which light is behind which icon".

Kind regards
Thomas

Dear @M.Shahen,
to "just inform me please when its solved"
Just to be honest with you ... I fear, maybe I am wrong with that, but it will take some time before I can come back with good news on that topic 😟
I would recommend to try to find an alternative screen solution to cover the correction time.

Kind regards
Thomas

Please have a look at the proposal from Cristiano. This solves the problem and you can use 4 functions on one screen and won't have to press the button twice.
