When you want to connect to homelynk from a smartphone or tablet it takes approximately 40-50 seconds to load the home page.
Can someone tell me if and what can be done to reduce this time?

first of all I need to say that your case is normal. It should go really quickly.
1. Do you face this behaviour with other websites (maybe other webserver device within your network) as well
or is it only by the HL access.
2. Have you cleared up your browser cache?
3. Do you have big pictures integrated into your visualization?
4. What is your network-performance in general?
5. Do you face this issue within your local network or by external VPN/DYNDNS?

1. we have this problem only with HL
2. yes, we cleared browser cache
3. no, there are not big pictures integrated in visualisation
4. there are not a problem with network, other more complex web page start quickly
5. we have the same problem inside and outside of local network

Ok, next tries
6. Have you checked the networksettings of HL? Maybe something is missing there (e.g. default gateway or similar)
7. Have you exchanged the device against an other HL? Means, do you face the same issue with an other HL but same project?
8. Have you tried to create a small network (HL, Switch/Router, your PC) to verify if this behaviour is still the same?
9. Have you made a backup and performed later on a factory-reset
10. Please sent me a backup of your project, the serialnumber of your HL, the used FW-Version, the browser which you are using etc.
