If the wiser 4 KNX controller (LSS100100) was paired with the cloud using a wrong e-mail address, how can the e-mail address be changed?

As Cristiano said, that's the normal process to do what you requested. In some other specific cases were the email can't be accessed anymore and therefore the password could not be retrieved, then we would need to get the request from the owner (by email, giving us the details: Email, MAC address of the controller) and we could reset it remotely.

Hello Raul,
from the Wiser App settings menu, you can DELETE that account, and then connect your Wiser controller to a newer one.
