Is there any way to reset KNX device to factory defaults?

Hi,

In one of our projects , Our SI kept password for the project as well as password for BCU. Unfortunately they forgot the credentials of project and BCU.

Is there any method, to reset the device to factory defaults?

Can you try upload on the menu?

You couold try a maste rest. To do so remove power from the device. Press programming button and keep it pressed. Reconnect power to the device and keep theprogrammng button pressed for another 5 seconds.
